Kobra has been substantially upgraded since the Midvaal event with new Z-Factor prop shaft parts from Bradbri Engineering and Elinem Engineering. The CAD design of these billet machined parts was done by Ngena Design Space, I will post pictures after the event so keep a sharp lookout on our website at www.zfactor.co.za. Carl van Vuuren also helped Arno last week to build stronger engine mounting brackets, it's amazing how stupid something you did looks once you understand why it breaks!
Team Ultimate 4x4 (Barrie Drenth and Brendon Gird) are hard at work to rebuild their 3S-GTE engine since they discovered cracked pistons inside, they will be ready to rock-n-roll next weekend as usual!
The 2 month mid-year break is fast coming to an end and everybody is ready and geared to put their best foot forward! It promises to be a cracker of an event, make an effort to attend if you live in the KZN area, you won't be sorry!
